Common Questions

What's the difference between the plans?
Start ($59) suits an owner-operator: 2 office users and 1 team. Pro ($89) adds billing automation, replying to customers and the rest of the automated alerts, with 3 users and 2 teams. Crew ($199) has unlimited users and teams. Employees, customers and addresses are unlimited on every plan.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You'll be prompted to pick a plan and enter a card — from $59/month. If you decide not to continue, your account simply stops — no charges, no cancellation fees. We don't auto-charge without you knowing it's coming.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Create your account and get full access for 14 days with no card required. You only enter payment info if you decide to keep going after the trial.
How many users can I add?
Office users: 2 on Start, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Crew. Cleaners using the team app are unlimited on every plan, and so are customers and addresses — you are never billed per user or per customer.
Where does it work?
MaidBossPro works in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK, and bills your customers in their own currency. The texts included in every plan cover the US and Canada.
What's the texting pricing?
In the US and Canada, Start includes 500 texts a month, Pro 1,000, and Crew 2,000 — sent and received. A text is 160 characters; a longer one counts as two. If you go over, you can add blocks of 500 for $15 each.
How does auto-routing pricing work?
Start includes 50 auto-routes a month, Pro 100, and Crew 1,000. Go over and 250 more are added automatically for $5 - your office is never stopped mid-day. Smart Lasso map selections are unlimited on every plan.
Are there any contracts or annual commitments?
None. Month to month, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Does this work for my kind of cleaning company?
Yes. Standard cleans, recurring maintenance, deep cleans, move-in / move-out, post-construction and office cleaning all run the same way — a cleaning type, the details and extras at the address, a price and a place on the schedule. Homeowners, small offices and property managers all fit. It works for a solo cleaner or a company running several teams.
Can I bill an office or property manager once a month?
Yes. Set each office, dental group or property manager up as a Monthly account. Every cleaning at every one of their locations goes on ONE statement each month, with each line labeled with the address.
How do weekly and every-two-weeks cleanings work?
Each recurring client keeps a fixed slot — the same day, the same time and the same team. Click Add Recurring Cleaning, pick the home, the service and price, the frequency (weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks or monthly on the same date), the first date, the time and the team, and choose 3, 6 or 12 months. Every visit goes straight onto the schedule and that team’s app, with the cleaning details copied onto each one — "Recurring Maintenance · 3 bed / 2 bath · 1,800 sq ft · Dog", "+ Change Linens" — and the card on file can be charged when each cleaning is completed. From the Recurring Cleanings list you can Change, Extend 6 months or Stop a series.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Bring your customer list over from a spreadsheet or a CSV export from your old software on any plan.
